When I contact you, I will details of the session and set a date and time. You will have a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure your appointment.

Your appointment time and date MUST be confirmed prior to paying the retainer fee. The retainer fee MUST be paid within 24 hours of confirmation to secure.

You will receive your proof images within 7 days of your session.
Once you make your selection, I have a 1-2 week editing time period.

I urge clients to come in at least 3-4 weeks prior to needing your photos delivered for best results.

A rush fee of $75 can be added if you need your photos back sooner.

The amount of images you receive depends on the package you purchase. You are always able to upgrade your package or purchase individual images if you'd like. Prints are always available.

I do not charge a penalty for weather or illness-related rescheduling.

Your retainer is transferable one time within 12 months.

IF you have been sick or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID, please reschedule your session.
Please do not bring a sick child to your session!

You do not have to reschedule if you or your child has acne, scratches or bruises. I may be able to remove the marks in post production. Just contact me and let me know.

I will not do sessions in the rain. If it is coming down constant we will need to reschedule. On the other hand, if it was raining and stops raining during your session time, we may be able to continue with the session.

I will keep communication the day before and day of session if there is a possibility in rain.

Only clients being photographed and one other are allowed in the studio. Parent/Guardian must attend with child under 16.

If you would like to add participants in your photoshoot you MUST contact me at least 24 hours before your session.
A $50 per person fee may be applied if communication is not made prior to session.

I just want to be sure I have everything ready to accommodate all guests during the session.

Snacks for young children. Nothing messy. Dry foods only! 
Your child’s favorite stuffed animals/toys (go with it… it is something you will want to remember later!)

Maternity sessions are great with sonogram photos, little booties, onesies, names and anything else that represents your little one.
If you have an outdoor session, you may want to use bug spray. We may go into fields and areas that have ticks and mosquitos. 

Relax. I want you to be as calm as possible. If you are stressed your children will be stressed. 

Think of my session as a time to love and play with your family. Give them room to be them and I will take it from there.

Come prepared to play, tickle, laugh and do anything that will make your child happy for a smile. Children are most comfortable around people they know. 

Saying cheese makes the kids smile look forced. So let's try to get them to smile naturally. We can do it!

Before session we will discuss things your child likes. Favorite songs, characters, TV shows, sayings etc... this will help during the session.

Please alert me to any physical disabilities or behavioral characteristics that I should be aware of when working with your family.  ​

Be on time. When you are late you are losing time on your session that could be used to get great images. 

Communicate with me from start to finish. I am here to assist you and make your session go as smooth as possible. Don't hesitate to call me!

I remove most noticeable blemishes. Anything that will be gone in a month I remove (pimples, scars, and other marks)
I smooth out the skin for a more natural soft look. 
I remove stray hairs that are in the face or distracting.
For any specific area please discuss before your session. 

I will prepare your proofs and load them onto a private online gallery within one week of your session. You will then select your images (Number of images depends on the package you purchased).

After you select your images and tell me you are finished, I finish editing and send them back within two weeks. 

The remaining balance is due the day of your session. 

You will not receive your proofs or final images until session is paid in full.

If you choose to upgrade your package, you will need to send final payment before your images will be edited and available for download.
